LOCALLY OWNED RESTAURANT B&G GETS A REBRAND
THE CHALLENGE
Blowers & Grafton is a Whyte Ave. restaurant favourite among local Edmontonians. The challenge to cast the net of Newfoundland-inspired cuisines wider than its current customers was taken on by our team.
THE APPROACH
To showcase daily specials of the East Coast Halifax street food, three 24 x 36 in. posters and sandwich boards were set up outdoor and indoor of all three locations depending on the day.
Rebranded business cards were created for upper management to network with local influencers and new faces at the restaurant.
Protective branded masks were created for all staff to represent the safety and aesthetic unity of the brand.
THE RESULT
A minimalist, cohesive brand was created for Blowers & Grafton to provide a unified front to a new wave of customers and give life to an aged restaurant.
KEY TAKEAWAYS FOR CREATORS & INNOVATORS
Providing minimal posters and outdoor signage of daily specials can catch the attention of any Edmontonian walking down the ever-so popular 82nd street.
A unified brand showcased down to the face masks gives a professional and appealing aesthetic for old and new customers alike.

B&G CO-OWNERS
TAMIM, SAMIM AND JOSH
“Sarah did some great graphic design work for us at Blowers & Grafton. We needed various posters and business cards designed, and she brought exactly what we were imagining to life. She did a great job of making our posters look professional, eye-catching, and detailed. We had a bit of a tight timeline, and Sarah was able to complete everything quickly.
She was very professional, and when we wanted something adjusted, she did it in a timely manner without issue. ”— TAM AMINZADAH
